How will I receive my membership and PriorityPlus Lifestyle™ Card once I have
sent my application?
Your membership pack and PriorityPlus Lifestyle™ Card will be sent to your address
within 7-10 days of your application.
How will I be informed of additional offers and will the current offers end?
Each offer is reviewed periodically to cater towards member wants and interests.
You can view a full list of currently associated businesses in the entertainment
& shopping directory. Club 1830 will also send you out a monthly Regional E-newsletter
containing information about our updates. Alternatively please email your suggestions

How do I redeem the benefits?
Simply present your PriorityPlus Lifestyle™ Card to the participating business to
take advantage of the savings.
How much money can I save with a Club 1830 membership?
The membership entitles you to fantastic and unique offers. The more you use your
membership, the faster it pays for itself! On average a saving of $2-3k per annum
is easily attained.
Can I join Club 1830 if I am not aged between 18 and 30?
The club is open to anyone over the age of 16 years and is subject to the individual
restrictions of each business.
Are the organised events or activities compulsory to attend?
This isn’t a boot camp, however you are encouraged to attend as many events as possible
to fully utilise your membership and the savings involved. Most Club Organised Events
will attract an additional cost for Silver and Bronze Members.
How do I pay for my Club 1830 membership?
The payment options are through cash, cheque, money order, credit card, cash on
delivery or the billing company. You will be provided with these details upon this
application. New online and offline payment options will also become available over
time.
How will I renew my Club 1830 membership once it has expired?
You will receive a reminder phone call, email, SMS and subsequently be sent a renewal
application prior to your membership expiring, if you opt for our automatic renewal
option a new membership kit will be sent out to your current postal address we have
for you, so remember to keep all your information with us accurately updated.
Can I cancel or transfer my membership?
Each membership is personalised and unique to each member for a 12 month period.
Hence cancellation is not available. Transfers however are at the discretion of
Club 1830 management.
What if my cards are lost or stolen?
Your PriorityPlus Lifestyle™ Card can be replaced by emailing your details to: yourscene@1830.com.au.This e-mail address

is however a compulsory fee of $18.30 + GST for each replacement card.
